so i dyed my hair red this week. ken helped me bleach it and it looked so odd because in the lower half, the green/blue came partially back. so i kept it like that for a few days:

then came the red, just yesterday, after much whinging, fretting, purchasing, and strand testing:

it’s still not exactly how i wanted it. i may add some of this other color i have, that gives wicked auburn highlights.

second order of business: the doctor who scarf i’ve been knitting has been progressing and i’m almost half done. here are some pictures i was conscripted to take by the knitalong community i’m part of (the theme was something/somewhere indicative of your current locale– mine is a college bike town).
